The promotion is the Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) Free Advertising Prize Draw, located on the home page of ‘iCOMPiNG.UK’ (www.icomping.uk), (“the Website). The promotion is a B2B (Business to Business) promotion, only open to businesses within the iComping sector and is not a B2C, (Business to Consumer) promotion. Although other businesses may use the data entry form, if they wish to be contacted by Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) not all entries may be responded to. The form is to be used for the purpose of the B2B promotion (Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw) and may be entered by iComping Operators only.
The B2B prize draw promotion for ‘Free Advertising’ is open and available to any UK iComping Operator, running a legitimate ‘game of skill’ competition, giveaway, raffle, or prize draw that complies with UK legislation, including a free entry route for all paid entry promotions. iComping Operators that do not follow the correct legislation, or meet this criteria, or do not fit the category of a ‘game of skill’ Operator, will not be deemed as a valid entrant to the competition. Valid competition entry is at the sole discretion of the promoter, Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG), a trading name of iCG (iCOMPiNG GROUP LiMiTED).
Entrants must submit all valid details and be contactable in order to participate in the competition. In order for an entry to be validated, Ai must be able to view and assess all links related to the Operators brands, including but not limited to, websites and social media pages, (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc), website terms and conditions, privacy policies and any other applicable brand / company links. Ai must be able to contact the iComping Operator directly, via email, and or telephone, in order to introduce Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) and conduct an assessment of the validity and legitimacy of the iComping Operator.
Once an assessment of the iComping Operator has been completed, if the iComping Operator meets all requirements, (subject to Ai’s discretion) the iComping Operator will then be placed into a tentative list of iComping Operators, open to valid competition entry.
In order to complete a valid entry, iComping Operators must invest in at least one promotional campaign with Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG). An Ai promotional campaign is deemed as any Digital, Print, OOH, or OOV advertising campaign offered by Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) with a minimum spend of £500+ VAT. Once an iComping Operator has invested in a campaign, the Operator will then be placed into the prize draw entry list and assigned a ticket number. Ticket numbers for each iComping Operator will remain the same for every Free Advertising Prize Draw. Ticket numbers may be provided to each iComing Operator at Ai’s discretion, however if ticket numbers are not provided, they are also available upon request.
Free Advertising Prize Draws are conducted quarterly, at the end of each annual quarter, using a RNG (Random Number Generator). Annual quarterly dates are as follows:
Q1: January to March
Q2: April to June
Q3: July to September
Q4: September to December
Each Free Advertising Prize Draw will be conducted at the end of a quarter, within 48 hours of each quarter ending, (2 days into the following quarter). The exact time and date of the draw may, or may not be advertised, however is available upon request, following the end of each quarter. The time and date of each Free Advertising Prize Draw may vary and is at the discretion of Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG). If for whatever reason the Free Advertising Prize Draw cannot be conducted within the specified window. Valid competition entrants will be notified as soon as possible with new, or provisional dates of the Free Advertising Prize Draw, with the random ticket selection being conducted at the soonest available opportunity, (at the sole discretion of Ai, AGENCY iCOMPiNG).
All prize draw random number (ticket) selections are recorded and available on request.
Free Advertising Prize Draw prizes are at the sole discretion of Ai, (AGENCY iCOMPiNG). Exact prizes and values may vary. Prizes may, or may not be advertised at the time of the draw but will consist of one of the advertising formats, provided and advertised by Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) in the Ad Formats and Pricing Specifications document. If you have not received this document, or previously invested in an Ai advertising campaign, you will not be deemed valid for entry to the Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw. Exact prizes provided are at the sole discretion of Ai and will be chosen at the end of each quarter and will be determined by the total number of combined advertising investments by all iComping Operators.

Exact placements are at the sole discretion of Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) and are dependent on total advertising investments by all iComping Operators for the previous quarter. The total advertising value is at the sole discretion of Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG).
Ai, (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) reserves the right to change the dates of the promotion, or cancel the promotion at any time. Ai, (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) will not be liable for any losses, or damages, caused by the cancellation of the Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw, nor for any prize draw promotion date changes.
Entry into the Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw does not guarantee a prize, nor does it entitle any iComping Operator to any discounts, prizes, or other promotions.
The Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw is for marketing purposes only and completing the data entry for does not constitute, or guarantee entry into the Free Advertising Prize Draw. Valid entries are coupled with iComping Operator validation and an investment in an Ai, (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) advertising campaign, (subject to a minimum spend of £500 + VAT). Ai reserves the right to change the minimum spend requirements for the Ai Free Entry Prize Draw at any point.

This Promotion is open to valid iComping Operators only, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, family and friends and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

Purchase necessary, as per the above terms and conditions, (minimum spend criteria applies). Please enter your correct details as validation will be required in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Valid details must be provided and are required for entry.

Promotion Period: Prize Draws take place at the end of every quarter, (as above). All entrants will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw, dependent on the quarter they entered in and will be valid for a maximum term of 12 months, after which another entry must be made by investing in an Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) advertising campaign, subject to minimum spends, at the discretion of the promoter.

Entrants must provide valid details, be contactable and undergo a validation process to be added to the prize draw pool of valid entry participants.

Entrance acceptance is subject to minimum investments within the Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) marketing campaigns, currently standing at £500 (+VAT) and is subject to change at the promoters discretion.

Should the minimum investment criteria change, all entrants that have been validated, prior to the T&C changes will be notified in writing.

Prize Draw: All valid, completed entrants (validation and marketing campaign investment) will be entered into the relevant quarterly Prize Draws and will be valid for a period of 12 months following receipt of payment for an Ai marketing campaign that has gone live, been completed and not refunded.

Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per iComping Operator per company, (not brand). Validated, completed entries will be selected and entered into the Prize Draw. No iComping Operator may win more than 1 Ai Free Advertising Prize Draw Prize per quarter.

Prizes: Each quarter there are different advertising formats available to be won. These are provided by Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) in relation to the owned and operated brands, such as iCOMPiNG.UK. All additional brands and marketing assets created and offered by Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) will be added as potential prizes for iComping Operators to win. When new brands, assets or advertising formats are made available, iComping Operators will be informed. Prizes and prize values are at the discretion of Ai (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) and depend on the minimum investment criteria and total number of investments by iComping Operators for each quarter. Advertising formats may be subject to change, (at the promoters discretion) but will consist of the available ad formats advertised as part of Ai's (AGENCY iCOMPiNG) core product and service offerings.

Prize Draw Winner Selection:

Quarterly Prize Draw: winners will be randomly selected from all validated entries (Game of Skill, with free post validation and Ai advertising investment) received during each prize draw period. Each validated iComping Operator entrant will be assigned a number in sequential order at their point of entry. Prize draws are conducted using a random number generator and recorded for validation purposes. Ticket numbers and selections will be made available upon request.

Further Prize Details and Conditions:

Prize Draw Free Ads: A valid entry consisting of Ai validation and an Ai advertising campaign, within a period of 12 months, following the completion of any invested non-refundable marketing campaign.

Ad formats and prize values may vary at the discretion of Ai and are dependent on the total value of investments from iComping Operators within any given quarter, corresponding with the given Prize Draw dates, (as detailed above).

Winners PR Promotions: By entering this Promotion, the Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

By entering this Promotion, all entrants (that have consented) hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph all their activities in connection with the Promotion, including any Prizes. Everything filmed, taped or recorded by the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) shall be known as “Footage”. This is inclusive of any Winner generated “Footage”.

All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter with full title guarantee (and by way of present assignment of present and future rights) all intellectual property rights in any “Footage” throughout the world for the full unexpired period of such rights and all renewals, reversions and extensions of such period as may be provided under any applicable law throughout the world.

Winner Notification:

Prize Draws: The winning entrants will be notified within 24 hours. Any claims received that don’t meet the valid data, or entry requirements will be void and invalid. We reserve the right to return the Free Ads Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Promotion Period.

Winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility (which may include evidence of company ownership). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, (if requested) the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing iloveicomping@icomping.uk within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

Provided no objection is received from the winners the winners details and any "Footage" of the winner, (including user generated Footage) will be made available for Ai to use within the public domain for the purpose of propmting any iCG (iCOMPiNG GROUP LiMiTED) brand, subsidiary, or company within the group. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases, brands, or companies) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual, (or iComping Operator owner) entering the Promotion.

Disqualify entries made using incorrect or invalid data.

Disqualify bulk entries, incomplete entries and entries submitted by any means that does not meet the validation criteria.

Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed.

Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes (if advertised) are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.

No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

All data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of iCG (iCOMPiNG GROUP LiMiTED) companies and brands, (including trading names) advertising by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running advertising Promotions. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
